Homely Kratzenburg
Another reason why Eddie feels so at home in Kratzenburg, even the Cows in Kratzenburg come from Scotland. Belted Galloways, or "Belties" as they are called in Scotland. Belted Galloways were first documented in the 16th century in the Scottish south-west province of Galloway. They are believed to have been crossed with Aberdeen Angus, a plausible explanation for the delicious high quality meat.
